1) Scope
This Policy applies to all mobile apps and digital services published by the Developer, including but not limited to DustFall, LullaBook, and Dice (the “Apps”).
2) Data We Process & Purposes
- Technical & diagnostics (device model, OS version, crash logs, session data) — to operate, secure, and improve the Apps.
- Analytics — anonymous/aggregated usage statistics in Apps that use Firebase or similar (consent where required by law).
- Advertising — only in Apps that display ads (e.g., AdMob). Partners may use advertising identifiers under their own privacy policies.
- Contact data — only if you email us or request support; used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Payments — processed by Apple. We do not see or store your card details.
3) Legal Bases (where applicable, e.g., GDPR)
- Performance of a contract (providing the App and features you choose to use),
- Legitimate interests (security, diagnostics, service improvement),
- Consent (where required for analytics/advertising),
- Legal obligations (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention).
4) Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with service providers (e.g., Firebase, AdMob) as necessary to operate the Apps. We may disclose information if required by law.
5) Storage & Security
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. Crash/analytics data are retained per providers’ policies and then aggregated or deleted. We apply reasonable security measures; no method is 100% secure.
6) Your Rights
Where applicable (e.g., GDPR), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, data portability, and withdraw consent. Contact: contact_mobile@icloud.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
7) Data Deletion
You can request deletion of personal data we hold (e.g., related to support communications) by emailing us with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will verify the request and confirm once completed.
8) Children & Family Apps
General apps (e.g., DustFall, Dice): Our general-audience Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the local age of digital consent). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data in these Apps.
LullaBook (family content): Designed for family/child use. We do not collect personal data from children. The app can function offline; where analytics/ads are enabled, they are configured to comply with COPPA/GDPR-K and platform rules. Any optional contact with us must be initiated by a parent or legal guardian. Parents can request review or deletion of any data sent to us via contact_mobile@icloud.com.
9) Cookies & Identifiers
Apps may use device or advertising identifiers. Our website may use cookies for essential features and analytics.
10) International Transfers
Data may be processed outside your region by service providers (e.g., Google). Where required, safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses are applied.
11) Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this website.
Product Annex
- DustFall: fully offline; no personal data collected; no ads; no analytics.
- LullaBook: family-friendly; may use Firebase analytics/crash for quality; ads via AdMob in certain builds; no mandatory accounts; no microphone access without explicit OS permission and in-app notice; no personal data collected from children; COPPA/GDPR-K compliant.
- Dice: utility app; no accounts or user-generated content; may use anonymous analytics; no ads unless specified.
