1) General
These Terms govern your use of our mobile apps and services, including DustFall, LullaBook, and Dice (“Apps”). By installing or using any App, you agree to these Terms.
2) License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, circumvent security, distribute, or use the Apps in ways not expressly permitted.
3) Eligibility & Age
You confirm you meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction. LullaBook is designed for family use and may carry platform-specific age ratings.
4) User Conduct
You agree not to use the Apps unlawfully, abusively, in violation of third-party rights, or in ways that disrupt or harm other users, services, or systems.
5) Purchases & Payments
Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds follow App Store policies and applicable law. We do not store card details. Prices and availability may vary by region.
6) Ads & Analytics
Some Apps may display ads and/or use analytics. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy.
7) Updates & Suspension
We may update or change the Apps. We may suspend or discontinue services for legitimate reasons, including security or legal compliance.
8) Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Apps is owned by the Developer or licensors. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
9) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Apps are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland (subject to mandatory local consumer protections). Disputes may be brought before the courts of Poland unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
11) Changes
We may revise these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced in-app or on this website.
Product Annex
- DustFall: single-player; fully offline; no accounts; no online services.
- LullaBook: family-friendly; no personal data collected from children; may include ads/analytics configured for COPPA/GDPR-K compliance; no mandatory sign-in.
- Dice: utility; no accounts or user-generated content.
